how to keep safe physically and emotional

i can keep safe by not playing with other people while we doing actavities and not mocking or putting people down , no fighting , listen to the teacher , dont talk back to the teacher , look after each other , work as a team . i can stop mocking by ignoring what people say to me . i can control my anger if people pisses me off . i dont talk back to the teacher because i know what happens if i do . looking after eachother , you can do this by telling eachother what to do and what not to do  working as a team , you can do this by dicussing with the team what to do and everybody participate.

today we were supposed to go to the gym but scott was angry at us for not following instruction . we played these activities and it was fun we all enjoyed it. and i hope we do something fun tomorrow .

i didnt go gym becuse i had no towl. but i came back and catched up with my english work . in the morning we played some games and then we had our break then we went to the gym

tomorrow im going to run on the treadmill for 5 mins and then go use the dumb bells for my arms . Im going to try bench 20  and after that im going back on the treadmill and run for 3 minutes then im going to jump on a machine to exercise my legs.

today we went the the gym and we had to try and run and there was this machine that records the time .we had to run and see who have the best time .
yesterday was one of the best day, we went to the gym in otara and scott showed us how to use the weights because he didnt want us to get hurt , it was a good day in the gym we were all doing what we were supposed to do . scott never told any of us off and he told us how pleased he was with us . I did well i was hard out pumping weights , i was working on my arms,shoulder's and my legs . im keen as to do it again on friday.
